By placing one or more orders at METROPOLIS M through www.metropolism-webshop.com, you are declaring to agree to the conditions written below and accept the terms that come with it.
Within The Netherlands the delivery period of back issues, books and editions can be expected at 2 – 5 working days. Destinations within Europe can expect 3 – 14 working days for delivery. Destinations in the rest of the world can expect a delivery period of 4 – 16 working days. The delivery periods relate to the time between receiving payment and the first delivery at your door. If the waiting time is longer than can reasonably be expected, you can send an e-mail to
to cancel the order or receive a refund of the order. Do not forget to mention your order number and bank account information.
A subscription starts with the next issue. The payment of a subscription needs to be registered one week before the next issue is send by post.
METROPOLIS M reserves the right to refuse orders. In this case, you will be informed through e-mail.
All terms, conditions, offers, orders and agreements are subject to Dutch law.
No rights can be derived from images, descriptions, delivery periods, prices and other information on this website. METROPOLIS M reserves the right to reverse content, prices and mistakes.
All prices include VAT and exclude delivery costs.
The following methods of payment are accepted: Paypal, iDeal (Dutch costumers only) and credit card (incl. VISA and Mastercard)
All payments go directly to the bank accounts of METROPOLIS M.
4. Shipping and delivery costs
All orders are delivered to you by post (shipper: TNT)
Your order will be send to you after we have received your payment.
The shipping costs are calculated through postal charges. This can be different for every country.
5. Return policy
In accordance with the Dutch law, it is possible to return a product within 7 days of acceptance. The products must be returned to METROPOLIS M without any damage. If the product is damaged in any way, we are not able to return the product and refund the costs.
You are obliged to check the delivered products to be in compliance with the order. If this is not the case, let us know by e-mail within 7 days at
. Do not forget to mention the order number as the subject of your e-mail, along with a clear explanation on why the product does not meet your needs. When proved that the complaint is legitimate, METROPOLIS M will replace the product or refund the costs.
On the rare occasion that the delivered product is not in compliance with the order, METROPOLIS M reserves the right to replace the product or to refund the costs. When this is the case, METROPOLIS M will pay for the delivery costs.
When returning a product, please take the following steps:

* Wrap the package in a way that avoids damaging the product. For instance, you can use the original packaging. Make sure to tightly wrap larger packages.
